There’s a minimum term of 6 months in which you’ll pay monthly, or you can do 12 months monthly for a 5% discount. We will check in 1 month before your term is up to see where you are at in terms of wanting to stay/leave the Nest.

Yes, for just the Nester Membership, there’s a one-time $100 initiation fee to cover all of Nest’s onboarding expenses. By the way – if you ever leave the Nest but decide to come back at some point, you don’t have to pay the fee again!

We have a dedicated client dressing room in the studio, and an all-gender restroom just down the hall.

Yes! The Nest - Plus membership gives you the option to securely store gear onsite, and 24/7 access to it.

Yes! There is a small lot behind the building that gets full quickly, but there’s also ample free street parking on Stinson and across the street on a side street. We’ll walk you through it before you tour!

On the flex desks and common area surfaces, you cannot leave things there once you are done working.

No, but we strongly recommend it to protect yourself from liability/damages. Upon joining or renting from Nest, you must sign a liability release that releases Nest Studios and its building of any liability and holds you accountable for any damages to our property.

No. Coworking hours/conference room credits expire at the end of each cycle.

Because we are in an old building (est. 1922) and the building itself is not soundproof, we are not able to guarantee control of sound throughout the day. Most days, the building is very quiet.

We completely understand that accidents happen and messes can be made. After you use the studio, we ask that you tidy up any props and if needed, sweep up the space quick. This is our nest :)

Unfortunately, the building we are in (The Foundry) is not ADA accessible. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
